Tis the season for homemade goodies including homemade chocolates. I think this video is a great review on how to get the chocolate ready for dipping. Today we enjoyed dipping pretzels into white chocolate.

Thanks for posting this. I knew you had to do something to make the chocolate look nice but I have never taken the time to learn how. I will have to get me another candy thermometer, since mine is in the states, and try this. Thank again and have a nice day.
